Better Health 'Start for Life' Recipes: Pineapple slices with plain yoghurt

Ingredients

1 small tin pineapple slices (in juice)

1 tbsp plain full fat yoghurt (optional)








Method

Step One Open the tinned pineapple, drain juice and put one pineapple ring in a bowl (You can use fresh or tinned pineapple. If using tinned fruit, remember to choose juice rather than syrup).


Step Two Cut the pineapple ring in half so it's easier for your baby to pick up.


Step Three

Add the yoghurt to the bowl and serve.
