Tuesday 14th is World Diabetes Day. As we become increasingly busy in our daily lives, it can be easy to let our health take a back seat.
Moving around, however small, can create a number of positive benefits for our health. Redditch District Collaborative (RDC), Rubicon Leisure, and Redditch Borough Council will be hosting a gentle walk on Tuesday 14th November, 10 a.m. at Countryside Centre, Arrow Valley Lake, Redditch. The walk will be led by our diabetes specialist, followed by low-GI, diabetic-friendly foods and refreshments.
If you wish to know more about your health and wellbeing, The Health Bus and other health professionals will be on hand for free health checks and advice from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
